Bent Over Row Excercise
Take your dumbells in each hand in front of your body with your palms facing your body. Have your feet hip width apart, send you bottom backwards, hinging at the waist. Keep your head neutral, back that and bend your arms, keeping your elbows close to your body and facing back to your body. Straighten your arms, and then repeat.


Bicep curls
Position yourself so your upper arm is supported, and your palm is facing your body and holding the dumbbell. Start with arm bent and hand level with the shoulder, slowly straighten the arm and squeeze the bicep as you bring the hand back to the shoulder. Ensure you keep your core tight and back straight.
